USING SMS IN CUSTOM AUTOMATION BUILDER

You can easily automate sending SMS messages from your monday.com boards using the SMS powered by Sinch integration. Follow these steps to set up your customer recipes.

From your monday.com board, click Automate in the top-right corner.

Next, click Create new automation in the middle-top section.

Choose Create from scratch under "Start with the basics."

Click "When this happens" to select your automation's trigger.

Choose a trigger from the available options. This is the event that will kick off your SMS.

For example: We'll select "When status changes to something." This means an SMS will be sent whenever the status column on your board is updated.

Click the next trigger, "Then do this," type sms   , and select the "SMS" app (which represents the SMS powered by Sinch integration).
