How to Cancel the Subscription

If you’d like to cancel your app subscription, this can be done easily from your monday.com account.

Steps to Cancel

1. Go to your Administration tab.
2. Select Apps from the left-hand menu.
3. Locate the app to cancel.

4. Click on Billing and Click on (...) and Cancel Subscription

   
   
   

In order to uninstall the app, Click Uninstall to remove the app and stop the subscription.

Note: Only account admins have permission to uninstall apps and manage billing.
