When status changes to something Update Woocommerce with Product in Store
Step 1. Access Integrations
- Click Integrate in the upper-right corner of your monday.com board.

- Choose and click More Integrations in the drop down menu.

Step 2. Open Integration Templates
- Go to Templates and select Integrations from the bottom-left menu.

Step 3. Select the Installed App
- Under Installed Apps, type in and choose the WooCommerce app.

Step 4. Choose a Recipe
- Select the desired recipe and click Use Template.

Step 5. Connect Your Store(s)
- Click the Connect Store button to link one or more WooCommerce stores to your monday.com integration.

Step 6. Authorize the Store Connection
- Enter your Store URL, then click Authorize.

- Log in using your WooCommerce credentials and click Login.

- Approve the connection by selecting Approve.

Note:
You only need to authorize WooCommerce once. If you have previously connected your store or set up a WooCommerce recipe, simply skip the authorization steps and click Return to monday.com. You will automatically be redirected to the recipe setup page.
If your store was connected previously, the Store URL field will already be pre-filled.

Step 7. Configure the Recipe
- Complete and map the recipe setup according to your workflow needs, then click Create Automation to finalize.
